You’ve had your own physical therapy practice for a long time. Or maybe you’re opening a brand new PT office. Regardless, one of the best ways to attract new patients is by getting more positive Facebook reviews.

When you have great reviews on Facebook it instantly increases your chances of getting new patients. That’s because 84% of people trust online reviews just as much as they trust a personal recommendation. Plus, if your PT practice has at least a three-star rating, you’re much more likely to win business from competitors.

PT Reviews on Facebook

Ask for check-ins on Facebook. You can place a sign on your counter or remind your patients when they are checking in for their appointment. When they check in on Facebook, Facebook will then send them a reminder to write a review the next day.

Ask your patients for a Facebook review via email. This could be in an email thanking them for coming in, for making an appointment with you or within an email reminding them of an appointment. Just remember, you can’t legally offer an incentive in the U.S.

Remind your patients to provide a review via text and through email.

Mention the power of posting a review at the end of an appointment. A personal request is often the best.
