Amplify: A Content Marketing Product for PTs
The marketing team at BuildPT is thrilled to announce the launch of Amplify, a new content marketing product created specifically to help private practice physical therapists attract, educate and retain long-term clients.
Through the use of content that’s relevant, consistent and consumer-focused, Amplify was designed to make it simple for private practice physical therapists to promote the value of physical therapy and their clinic’s services to local audiences using five key communication channels: email, social media, the press, print collateral and the web.
Drive people to our PT clients’ clinic doors
The goal of Amplify is to attract, educate, engage, and ultimately drive people to our PT clients’ clinic doors. “It’s our belief that an educated and empowered healthcare consumer is more likely to seek physical therapy as an option for their healthcare needs,” said Tannus Quatre, PT, MBA, founder of BuildPT parent company Vantage Clinical Solutions. “We as PTs understand the myriad ways physical therapy can help people overcome health and movement obstacles and improve their lives, but to be successful in private practice, we need to be better at sharing these stories with our communities.”
“That’s what Amplify and content marketing is all about.”
Content marketing is used by businesses across the globe – both large and small – to change or enhance consumer behavior through the creation and use of content that’s relevant and holds value to a particular audience.
What is Amplify?
- Email newsletters using a clinics own custom design.
- Local press through relevant, timely, distribution-ready press releases.
- Social media via the use of four, topic-relevant shareable images.
- A clinic’s blog for improved searchability and SEO.
- Print-ready newsletters branded to be shared with clients, referral sources, and other contacts.
“Today’s consumer communicates in so many different ways, the channels are often overwhelming to navigate,” said Ben Montgomery, BuildPT’s content specialist. “Through these five channels, Amplify will put you in touch – and keep you in touch – with all the major audiences that are and should be important to a private practice physical therapist.”
“The e-newsletter, for instance, keep PTs regularly engaged and top of mind with current and past clients,” Ben says, “while monthly press releases help establish credibility on a broader scale, making Amplify clients thought leaders and PT educators within their communities.”
Currently, 76% of all business-to-consumer businesses use some form of content marketing. According to a 2016 study by the Content Marketing Institute, just 38% of these organizations rate their efforts as being “effective” due to the lack of experience, a documented strategy, or a finely tuned editorial mission.
“Amplify delivers the trifecta – a documented content strategy with a specific editorial mission delivered by a team of marketers who know physical therapy … and know it well,” Tannus said. “Our team not only understands physical therapy, what it can do, and how physical therapists changes lives; we want to share these stories with the world. That’s why we created Amplify.”
