I feel like I’m seeing more women of all ages hit the gym, running races, and play recreational sports long past college. But despite the surging numbers of girls and women enjoying sports, we’re still lagging behind our male counterparts at almost every age.
Physical therapy is consistently missing from consumer-facing conversations that are not strictly PT-focused, and that routinely includes women’s health.
